In order to obtain high-quality proteins from the rapeseed press cake, the resulting temperatures in the press must be regulated with pinpoint accuracy. This is now possible thanks to a newly developed cooling method. Our project on this functional protein recovery, in cooperation with the consulting company abc GmbH<\/a>, was funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economics as part of the “go-Inno” program.
